Product Description
CHP PLUS (powder) is a readily dispersible polymeric additive designed to encapsulate cuttings and stabilize shale in freshwater to saltwater drilling fluids, from low solids to weighted muds. CHP PLUS acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer and flocculant, while providing some fluid loss control. CHP PLUS also encapsulates cuttings and improves wellbore stability, making it ideal for tight hole drilling and continuous drilling applications.

- Easily dispersible and does not form “fish eyes”.
- Excellent encapsulation of the cuttings limits their dispersion.

Recommended treatment
Add CHP PLUS at a concentration of 0.2 to 1.0 kg/m³ to any active system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or pour slowly into the vortex of a high speed agitator.
